Photoshop filters
These are my two favourite pictures that I have edited on photoshop using filters. The first one is a lens flare flter, and I really like it because it makes me look like I'm some kind of God and one of the boys is trying to attack me but the other one is scared.
The second one is a plastic wrap filter, and I like it because its mixing a synthetic material with humans and nature.

Funky text
This is a small unit we had in digital art, and we used the "object, clip, set" option. I put some text, any color, over a picture. Then I highlighted the picture and the text and did the "object, clip, set" option. This made the text act like a cookie cutter, and cut the shape of the text into the picture.

Patterns on Inkscape
This unit in Digital art we worked on patterns. At first we made a shape and turned it into a pattern, then put it on the object we wanted it on. It was difficult to have it outline the whole object exactly, as you can see on the T-Shirts sleeves and on the surfboard. Then we made a new layer and put the pattern in that layer. After we had done this, we could use the multiply option to make the pattern look like it was actually stuck on the object, not just hovering over it. I used the multiply option on the golf ball below. I used this object because it has many bumps, so you can the effect it clearly.
This picture on the right is a repeating pattern. I made it by using the cloned tiles option, so this created 9 tiles aboce and next to and above it. Whatever you did to the original tile would happen to the neighbouring ones too. Even when you overlapped the tile, you would only have to put the same object on the opposite side of the tile. This gives such an effect that you can't tell where the original tiles were in the first place. I made the repeating pattern out of little earth globes and light bulbs to represent that we should be more aware of how energy saving can make a difference.

Capturing the moment
This unit in Digital art we attempted to take digital photographs that "captured the moment".
We had to push the button at exactly the right moment, so that we got the action at the peak of its moment.
This first one is of us jumping. It was tricky to get us to jump at the right moment, and this was one of many otherwise failed attempts!
This second one was even harder. The boy at the back had to jump later than me, otherwise I would be to close to the pic-nic table when the photo was taken. The purpose of the boy standing still on the left was to make the other two people look even more in motion.

Funkified text
This is island I made using the Inkscape tool: "Dynamic offset". I stretched the text border several times to get the beach and forest effect. This feature might be useful to make multiple radients in other objects, or to just make text look nicer.

Chelsea player on Vector Graphics
This is a TFL man we made in Digital art with Inkscape. We had to use the different options like difference, exclusion, union, etc. to make the rounded arms, feet and body.
it was hard to make it look realistic and also to make the small Adidas badge on the shirt. The Chelsea badge is imported, by the way.
